Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Legend ("Legend", "we", "us", or "our"), the service available at legend.ad. By creating an account or using Legend, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Legend helps musicians turn performance videos into publish-ready clips: you upload takes and your songs, Legend matches and syncs them, replaces the phone audio with your studio recording, and publishes or schedules the resulting clips to the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts you connect.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Legend.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos, audio, lyrics, and other content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, edit, render, and transmit your content solely to provide the service — including delivering your clips to the social platforms you connect, at your direction. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already published to your social accounts.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload — including the underlying musical compositions and recordings — and that publishing it through Legend does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Connected social accounts and platform terms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Legend to publish the content you schedule to that account on your behalf. You remain responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's own terms and community guidelines:

• YouTube: by using Legend's YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Instagram: the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

You can disconnect a social account at any time from within Legend, which stops future publishing and deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.
• Use the service to spam, mislead, or artificially manipulate engagement on any platform.
• Attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or the terms of a connected platform.

6. Termination

You may stop using Legend and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing zigg.team@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that posts will reach any particular audience, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Connected platforms may change or revoke API access in ways outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 USD.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continuing to use Legend after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
